This was my 1st visit to TheKeliExperience with stylist Kei which was magical. Her aura is so enlightening and welcoming. I went into the salon with ...wanting my natural hair completely cut off, but after Kei gave it the love and attention it so desperately needed, I left with healthy and nourished looking hair. Though it was silk pressed, the humidity in GA says not today so it blew up like cotton candy after 2 hrs but I love my hair and the much needed cut. Hydration Conditioning Treatment Trim

There was a lack of communication and information from the website and the stylist. The prices were ridiculous and the customer service was not there ...at all. On the contrary, I found the stylist aggressive and rude. I also was not refunded the full amount that I paid for as a deposit. She claimed that she never received the full amount I paid for (including tips I had already given her, through the app, prior to the appointment). I will admit that I was late to the appointment and apologized for it and was ready to pay the late penalty fee. However, the woman I had on the phone was rude and disrespectful during our entire exchange. While on the phone with her, on the day of the appointment, which is the only time I ever heard from her, she allegedly mentioned that I will have to pay for a shampoo worth $65 (for my natural hair) which is not included in the service I had selected (hydrating treatment). This is something I wanted to clarify with her prior to the appointment which is why I called her on multiple occasions days before the appointment but she never answered. And, when I mentioned it to her, she said that it was my fault for not leaving a message or texting her with questions. In my opinion, a true professional always answers her business line during business hours no matter who is calling which is why the excuse was ridiculous to me. She also made a comment about my financial situation, and assumed that I was not able to pay for her services because I made it clear that a shampoo is not worth $65. She was arrogant and condescending and hurried me to make a decision on whether or not I wanted to proceed with the service. She claimed she had another client coming even though my appointment was still ongoing. My experience was horrible and I would not recommend it. Show more

Let’s get some Clarity for any and all of my beautiful souls that I have touched and the one’s that are being assigned to me as we speak! You were late to your scheduled appointment! There was definitely a comprehension issue on your end regarding your refund which you indeed were refunded! My prices are very competitive as well as lower than most! You couldn't afford me and that’s the real issue in first place! You said you called me several times before your appointment however you never left a voicemail neither did you bother to text (lack of comprehension again)! Assertiveness often gets misconstrued with Aggression and that too is ok! When there’s lack of comprehension often times people deflect and and feel attacked, when the real issue is you just didn't understand! I wish you well on your journey in finding a professional stylist to shampoo/condition, hydration steam treatment, trim, & braid your natural hair for $35!
