I am extremely disappointed in the services I received. Is was raining and after leaving the chair, I asked for my hair to be pinned down so I could p...rotect it from the rain. I was told to leave the shop in the rain with a flat ironed curls and go get Bobby pins or rollers from the beauty supply. Within minutes, this was my hair in the car, and within an hour, this was my 200 silk press. I would have appreciated being told my hair would not last since I’m a natural girl. She even mentioned my hair reverting during the flat iron. Honesty is necessary when dealing with someone’s crown. Show more
