Hi Quanchella, we are happy to hear that your sonographer was amazing. We are sorry about BabyFlix being down. We try to stay on top of issues such as these when they arise, which isn't very often. Unfortunately, we could not give you an advanced notice before your session because your booking was done shortly before the scheduled time. BabyFlix is a third-party company that we work with, so we have no control over resolving anything with their site. The technician did give you the printed pictures before you left and she emailed your images from the session shortly after. We will upload your images to Babyflix once the site is back up. I know the manager already reached out to you without success but please don't hesitate to call if you have any other concerns. We appreciate you coming in to see us. Our #1 goal is to make all our customers happy.
