We do definitely apologize for your experience. We look to provide exceptional service for every customer. We have spoken to the driving instructor and can assure you that this is not a normal occurrence. His sister was having triple bypass surgery which is why he was less than focus during your lesson Again we apologize for this. The toilet brush was clean. He uses this to clean the floor mats in the vehicle, but we can definitely have him tidy up more. And he made a stop, to use the restroom. While we do want all of our instructors to avoid using the restrooms during lessons times, sometimes there isn’t enough time to do so. We will try to work on this. Thank you for your feedback.

I do apologize there was some confusion about how address ran But when Daughter got in vehicle she said all I need is help with my parking, we drove to quiet area and practice parallel parking while driving there I was observing her driving we made a few turns which I do when people say all I need is help with my Parking, she was correct after practicing parking she got that down well also the lateness I call phone number it kept going to voicemail I was about to give up Then I decided to try email that how I got in contact with her I’m a retired Roadtest Examiner I can make appraisal of people driving ability almost instantly Whoever she been training with done a great job again I do apologize

We are so sorry to hear this and will make sure to speak with and notify our instructors of your complaints. We do try our best to provide each and every student with the best quality lessons and while we do take requests as to what students would like to work on, it is up to the instructors to determine which pace the students may complete those things. We would be happy to set you up with another instructor to see if someone else would be a better fit.
