We had a great experience both times we have used CAS. That said, our second go-round the instructor was unfortunately about 20 min late (he was sitti...ng in front of the wrong address) so technically he was on time, but the appt started late. Then the instruction session ended about 20 minutes early, so it felt like a quick lesson that we paid full price for. Odd. My daughter was practicing parking, but I wish he had taken our daughter driving to fill out the time or at minimum offer a reimbursement for the lost time. Probably wouldn't have taken that but would have been a nice gesture (or at least a recognition and/or apology). Show more

I do apologize there was some confusion about how address ran But when Daughter got in vehicle she said all I need is help with my parking, we drove to quiet area and practice parallel parking while driving there I was observing her driving we made a few turns which I do when people say all I need is help with my Parking, she was correct after practicing parking she got that down well also the lateness I call phone number it kept going to voicemail I was about to give up Then I decided to try email that how I got in contact with her I’m a retired Roadtest Examiner I can make appraisal of people driving ability almost instantly Whoever she been training with done a great job again I do apologize

We do try our best to provide each and every student with the best quality lessons and while we do take requests as to what students would like to work on, it is up to the instructors to determine which pace the students may complete those things. We would be happy to set you up with another instructor to see if someone else would be a better fit.

CAS has been a good experience. The Booksy App allowed me to make appointment and when needed the administrative staff was very helpful. My daughter h...ad several different instructors. Some she liked and some she diThroughshe learned and gain confidence through the process. Mr. Smith is an old school, straight forward instructor, which is what you need at time. Overall it was good. Based on our experience I would recommend them. Show more
