Kara is great! She does a great job, is very personable and loves what she does. The shockwave therapy is amazing! My right elbow used to hurt so b...ad I could barely wash my hair. Now when I overdo it, it only hurts for a short while before going back to normal. And that's after only 3 treatments. I'm going back to get my other elbow done. Show more

I have seen Dr Kara for chiropractic adjustments for a few years and she recently treated me with the Sanu Wave (shock wave therapy) for debilitating ...cubital tunnel pain and loss of feeling in my hand. I was constantly losing feeling in my hand and was woken up multiple times a night due to pain in my shoulder, arm, and hand. The treatment itself is uncomfortable but definitely tolerable. I noticed a difference after one treatment and now after three treatments and 8 weeks, there is remarkable improvements in both pain and numbness. I am no longer woken up at night and suffer only occasional loss of feeling in my hand. I would highly recommend Dr Kara and the sanu wave if you are in pain and looking for relief. Show more

I tend to be guarded with my neck but she was still able to adjust it. Then she picked two areas that she wants to address and provided stretches for me to do in between visits. Dr. Kara's chiropractic techniques are extremely effective and are always tailored to my specific needs. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hip wh...ich affected my daily life, as well as interfering with my walking routine. Dr. Kara is doing a great job with the Shockwave therapy! I have had the Shockwave on my trigger thumb. I have avoided cortisone injection and surgery... by her use of Shockwave therapy on my thumb.
