Retwist w/2 Strand Style (Full Head)

Robin was great at first. Timely, friendly great with her work. But then came my December appointment which I had scheduled months in advance and I ex...plained to her when booking that appointment that I would be looking to do dread implants to fill in the rest of my head. A week prior I reach out and ask if we are still good she explains she forgot and that all we could do was a retwist. At this point my sides and back are nappy. So I ask her to reschedule me. I never hear back and I go in and schedule through her Booksy. I send her a text letting her know I scheduled for 12/24, because if that time doesn’t work for you you should text right back and explain that to your customer. She reads the text I don’t her back. Today I text to confirm and I’m getting the same run around about not being able to full fill the appointment. At this point I’m done with this stylist. I’m not sure why she refuses to communicate but it’s one of her glaring opportunities Show more
