Thank you for helping mend my heart this past Thursday. I did know that it was hurting and perhaps torn and needed mending but I could not for the li...fe of me - and you know I tried - figure out what was happening, why the pain, why this deep aggravation, resistance and tension. Once again, you knew where to go, what to hold, how to approach my body/mind struggle with curiosity and tenderness; when I headed left, you suggested that perhaps right might also....and my heart slipped out of the difficult past and rested at ease and tender, present and full.
