I am a transferred client. Taelor has done 2 reties. She is always professional and efficient. When I arrive, she is always ready to start and she fin...ishes during the scheduled time if not earlier sometimes. She doesn't yank my hair nor do I hear little hairs breaking when she is performing my reties. I never feel any tension or have headaches. After my first retie, my grid was still visible and intact after 4 weeks. And after my second retie, I thought she had skipped my perimeter because I didn't feel any tension. I love Taelor's work.
