I worked with Mrs. Lin Snowe, yesterday! She was so thorough and I now feel confident to drive again after seat wasn't properly put in to car (not by ...them) due to swapping to another car in a carpool situation and then back again. I am not a mechanical person so it just makes me feel a million times safer with their expertise. Every single time. Thay are amazing. If you're in need of a carseat they can help you out and they show you the proper way to install the car seat properly for your vehi...cle. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I'd also like to thank the officer that was there playing and helping keep an eye on my son Cole while the lady was showing / helping install the carseat in my vehicle. It was a pleasant experience. We have 2 grandchildren and have used Safe Kids Douglas County SEVERAL times to install, convert from rear to forward facing, check for continued good... installation, convert to booster mode, etc. The folks are always pleasant and friendly, and they know their stuff. Can’t give them enough good words for efficiency and accuracy. (Not to mention patience for putting up with this over careful grandmother!) Show more
