Thanks for the Review. (1.) We’ll Respond by Saying We chose to Come Out so Late because you absolutely’INSISTED’ We come out because it needed to be Done ASAP due to the Horrible Smell. (Which was confirmed when we arrived.) And Yes, due to the Already Late Hour, The Clients Lack of Street Lighting on their Haughton Dirt Road, & the Severity of the Rest of the Vehicle; The Headliner was Skipped in order for That time to be devoted to the rest of the Vehicle. And yes, That's also why we Offered it to you Free of charge On your next visit. 2.) Also, Your vehicle had been Badly neglected with Not Only Animal Hair, But also Mold & Mildew inside the Trunk that You Failed to Mention… (Which is also why It took WAYY longer & We had to Pull Out the Pressure Washer in certain spots…. (We also Informed you that even though we Extracted Most of the Water; that there may be some slight dampness; and to keep windows Cracked… If there was Any Water left in Extreme Amounts, we really Wish You Would have informed Us & not wait 2 Days without saying anything & then surprise Us with a bad review. Honestly, this all comes as a Surprise seeing that I Physically Walked You over to your Car, Opened All 5 Doors, Shined a Bright LED Light on All Surfaces you said weren’t cleaned, & You Verbally Approved Our Work, AND handed Me a $20 Tip. So you can see why This comes as a Shock. But, We still appreciate Your Business.
