  This 90-minute session is for first-time clients or clients with a 4-month gap between treatments. The session includes 30 minutes for Chinese medicine intake and 60 minutes for shiatsu treatment, which may incoporate sotai and/or seiki. Most people report feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated after a session. Shiatsu is performed in the traditional style on a floor-mat (futon). The shiatsu treatment can be completed on a massage table, if necessary. Client wears comfortable clothing during the session.

  This two-hour session is recommended for first-time clients or existing clients who are ready to experience the full potential of shiatsu as a transformational medicine. The initial consultation may include the full 120 minutes, depending on the client's level of participation. Shiatsu treatments are performed in the traditional style on a floor-mat (futon). The shiatsu treatment can be completed on a massage table, if necessary. Most people report feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated after a session.
