This review is after the second time going to this salon, and I absolutely want to recommend it! I went to Will for the first time to get a BIG chop ...to my hair, having never had short hair before and as a gender affirming haircut. Will looked at the pictures I brought and gave me exactly what I asked for, with small modifications to fit my facial features. The second time, he assessed how my hair had changed and trimmed my haircut to also account for my hair texture. Both times, he made sure to help me understand how to properly care for the hair/haircut! In addition to this, Will is such a nice person, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process, this is definitely where I will be going from now on for haircuts! Show more

I've tried 2 other stylists (in my area) who specialize in short hair and they both took 90 minutes, sometimes more. William cuts my hair perfectly in 30 minutes! Show more

Phenomenal stylist! I invest a lot of time in my hair and get highlights regularly. I unfortunately found myself in need of a new stylist. So, this... was my first visit to WTF Hair Salon….and Wow! I have not been this “off the charts happy” with my highlights in a long time! William’s skill and knowledge of color is genuinely impressive! The salon has a unique quality in that William is the only stylist. I absolutely LOVE this because he is completely and entirely focused on you. It was 3 hours of absolute bliss and much needed “me time”. He caters to his customers in a way that is almost nonexistent in our society today. His customer service style is evenly matched and directly proportional to his client’s needs. It’s an enviable quality in any service industry that not everyone can pull off.
