Had an appointment set with her for 3:30 I arrived approximately around 3:25pm she was literally in the beginning phase of doing another client hair. ...At around 4 I asked if she can just cancel my appointment due to her still having a lot more of the other client hair to do. She never even spoked or conversed with me upon my arrival but the other barbers in she shop was nice and greeted me. My time is just as valuable as hers and her policy because if you can have rules and a 15min grace period that should apply to you as well. All she can say is she apologize so I asked her for my deposit back she sent me a screenshot of her nonrefundable policy. With all due respect giving my deposit back for your inconvenience should not have been an issue when you had me sitting Wade past my appointment time. But I wish you well Show more

Cece did my son’s retwist and style for the second time on 3/16/2024. My son is very picky about his hair, and extremely hard to please when it comes ...to it. Cece always is patient about him choosing what style he wants, even when he changes his mind. She always is fast, she handles his hair with care, and it’s always neat and on point. She definitely gets a 10 out of 5 in our book. The pic below is the very 1rst time that she did his hair for his birthday 12/24/2023. And he loved it. The shop was very dirty, hair from the day before. Looks like it hasn’t been swept or wiped down in weeks. Another Staff talked negatively about the s...tyle I wanted. I was charged 160 for a style and retwist and I didn’t even get the style I wanted. I paid but I will never return again. The retwist was ok. But that’s about it. Terrible service and environment.
