His prices, location, and communication are great, He cares about what I want for myself and also is creative too. I had to wait outside in the hallway because he was running behind,/ which is fine. The thing that I do not like is that he turns the chair away from ...the mirror, so you can't see your hair cut in progress. I am a new customer and i had t keep telling what i wanted. All he had to do was turn the chair around and let me see/ what he is doing. He had another customer who was drying her hair, and he would talk to her about her hair while he was doing my hair. She sat in a chair very close to me and watched me get my hair cut and styled. I was very uncomfortable. It was ridiculous. When he was done, he took off my cape, thanked me, and started sweeping my hair around my feet when I was trying to get -out of the chair. He didn't ask my about my bangs. They were down to the center of my nose and still wet! He fixed them..I was bum rushed out of that chair. I have never had a stylist pay less attention to me. Show more
