Loc consultation. New loc clients have to book!

Bad business when they let you book appointment and they is not open on that day and wait to the last minute cancel your booking

I was not sent the appointment which is not your fault what so ever , but it states clearly that in my booking you can do a consultation via text phone call or in person for a consultation. You have to let me know which one. I can’t cancel an appointment that I don’t know about. I did not receive a text or call from to resolve this situation , but left me a bad review and scheduled another appointment for the 9th.
