The customer service is 0 to 100 Barbers have the mentality that customers have to be loyal to the barbers, but the customers are hiring Barber 💈 to ...cut their hair for their service, but the barbers don’t understand that is all about customer service and if you make an appointment at 1 o’clock you will have to wait until two or leave at three so it takes two hours to get your haircut if I make an appointment I don’t wanna wait I want to be in and out and then they cancel your appointment 15 minutes before your appointment to me personally, that is rude and disrespectful and I don’t feel appreciated coming here and I don’t feel comfortable coming to this place. I would not recommend it to any of my friends or family. Show more
