I don’t agree with there 3week policy for eyelash extensions. I made my appointment last time to go back in 3 weeks because if I don’t they would char...ge me for a full set. I don’t always need to go every 3 weeks. This time my lashes still looked great after 3 weeks. I felt like I left there looking not much different then when I went in. Natasha is great. This is a company issue that I’m unhappy with. Might have to find somewhere else with better time options. I got a call back after this post and they solved my issues. Great customer service. Hi Laura, this is Allison, the owner of the salon, you and I have had 2 text conversations regarding this, once on April 30, 2024 and again on May 10, 2024, where I advised that it is completely ok for you to book a 3 week fill even if it's been 4 weeks. As long as your lashes have more than 50% of the extensions remaining, you would be a fill, NOT a full set. I’m not sure where the miscommunication came from, but that is the truth. Great lash extensions but not worth the unprofessional and outride rude staff (up through the “manager” level if we’re calling it that). I think when ...you’re one of few salons in town offering these services you can get away with poor customer service, but with new offerings such as mobile beauty services for the same price, I don’t see this location being successful unless their staff go through some sort of training on how to run a service business. Hello Annie…. in this particular situation, as the owner of the Beauty Bar locations, I had to chime in. Over the past year, you have made 26 appointments, and you’ve NO SHOWED on my girls 21 times out of the 26 appointments. Us calling to see if you'd be attending your appointment once you’re not present 15 minutes into your scheduled time slot, with a history of no shows isn’t “rude” it’s standard business procedure.
