Do not recommend. She canceled my appointment 2 hours before, so I had to reschedule. The next day, I arrived 10 minutes late for my 1:30 appointment,... but she was still working on another client. I ended up waiting a long time as she jumped between clients, with two others ahead of me. I didn’t leave until around 5:15 pm, even though the style was supposed to take around 1 hour and 45 minutes. I had planned to be there for about 2 hours and 30 minutes max, which was already more than the time listed on the website. Unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I missed work because of her delays. She could have asked me to come later instead of just sitting around. my response to her reply: I understand that life happens, but my main issue was with communication. As a service provider, if you cancel, you should still honor any specials offered. I’m not lying about my experience. When I arrived, you were working on knotless braids and then had a boy in front of me for washing, blow-drying, and braiding. You were jumping between us, which led to a lot of delays. If you knew you were running behind, you could have contacted me to see if I could come in later. Better communication would have made a big difference. Show more

Wow! Had to cancel the day of your appointment due to an emergency which in life happens. Contacted you and gave you an option of coming the following day and still honored the Tuesday special. You waited all of 10 minutes for me to start assisting you and even then kept you updated and checked on you throughout. You stated as long as you were done by 5:45 it was fine and I finished you at 5:15. Unfortunately to the emergency the day before I had fallen a bit behind in timing assisting others that had to be rescheduled which I made you aware of. Was nothing but professional. So no need to lie about the facts. If you were late to work that was caused by your own issues not mine. rk
