Came in for a kids cut. Alex took the time to understand what he wanted and what what his mother would allow (ancient struggle, fr). The tapered fade ...is masterfully done, the angles and symmetry matches his face and bone structure, and he says he's ready to rizz up the older girls (he's 10 xD) Most importantly, his mom loves the cut and is impressed with the work. Which is honestly a first. (I always come back from Great Clips with this kid and.... It's not good, guys. Don't go there. Go to Precision. If you're smart enough to plan ahead, go with Alex.) I've been all over the country and have gotten cuts from legit barbers from old school guys in Chicago, where I'm from, to bougie hipsters in Highland Square, to high fashion boutiques in San Francisco. I'm legit shocked that this kid, Alex, has managed to top all of them. Show more

I walked in there without having had a proper haircut for like 4 years. Everyone did a double take and had looks of apprehension on their faces. My ha...ir was well beyond shoulder length and poorly maintained. I met Alex and we spoke about the plan and expectations; I'm basically clueless. I have no idea what would look best or how to really even describe what I think that would look like. I, just like everyone else, want to look as good as possible. He sized up my frame and started shearing. He reassessed, asked questions, took his time, focused, and refined the look gradually. The dudes an artist. After an hour of making progressively finer cuts and detailing, I look like a different person. Worth every penny. Never had someone take so much time on my hair before. If you're used to places like SportsClips you're probably used to walking away within 20 minutes feeling slightly disappointed or apathetic. You're not gonna have regrets leaving this place. I didn't see one bad cut in the shop. I booked for my 10 year old to come in next week. Before and after shots to come. Tl;dr: Alex, you nailed it, dude. Thanks and I'll see you next time. Show more
