I had a poor experience with her because she removed my middle part without my consent, and instead of apologizing and offering to fix it , she wanted... to charge me a second time for a mistake she made . I feel as though if you do a customers hair and they’re not satisfied because of something you did without their consent , you should at the very least give a discount and try to fix it . Why charge me fully to fix something I didn’t ask you to do? I’m going to post my hair from my last retwist and this retwist . she is very good at what she does but this was just a bad experience.
