My neck had been so sore and tight for the past month and was only getting worse, to the point I was waking up every morning with nausea and headaches... that felt like migraines. She worked on my neck for over an hour, she was able to find the spots in the trigger points where they start at which was not necessarily where the pain was at. That’s the great thing about Hannah she studies and knows the body and the muscle system to know exactly where and what point to work at to get the results you need. Last night was the first night I slept through the night for weeks my neck and shoulders are a little sore this morning but that’s from just the deep tissue pressure. if you’re somebody who needs a good deep tissue or wanting somebody with good hand strength Hannah is definitely your choice.
