They canceled on me and did not contact me until I arrived and they didn’t even offer me service with anyone else there. I booked this appointment abo...ut two weeks- four weeks in advanced. I understand things happened out of everyone’s control but it was very unprofessional to not contact me as soon as my nail tech wasn’t going to be able to fulfill my appointment. Very disappointed:( I will not be returning due to this because other nail salons are able to handle these types of situations better. Show more

left my finger beds traumatized and cut, the gel went over the cuticle and they told me there’s no way they could fix it. the first color i chose was ...not drying properly so i asked to change it and received furious buffing which lead to cuts :) the manager did NOTHING to fix the problem, the master told me to not come again to her to not “play on her nerves”. terrible service, absolutely no respect to clients, and i have been going there for almost half a year! already regret it. I chose this Salon as it was close to where I was staying. I came down from Canada to take care of my brother & needed my nails & toes taken care of. ...I was very pleased with the service I recieved. Staff very friendly. Very sad it was shut down due to Covid. I hope this Nightmare has not financially forced them to permanently close. I'm still here & need a pedicure desperately. Would Highly recommend this Salon.
