I recently hired Angel to braid my daughter's hair based on positive reviews and her availability at the last minute which I appreciated. Unfortunatel...y, the end result was below expectations. I sent her the picture what I was looking for, asked her if she could add hair which she said she could for an additional $20. When done, the braids looked great and she had the ends in two buns, but when I took down the buns less than 24 hrs later because my daughter said they were tight I noticed that the ends were a mess. Some braids were already coming undone, and she did not add hair to all the ends. I reached out to Angel in good faith via text in good faith, and sent the pics below expressing my concerns and to understand why this was the case and have it fixed . As of today (two days later), there has still been no response from her and my daughter is upset because I need to take down the ends to fix the hair. Would not recommend. Show more
