It’s a nice place, just not really my style. I was trying somewhere new, and the lady was nice, she shaped my brows nicely. They were a lil thicker th...an I prefer but again not a big deal, I got them tinted and it lasted a whole day, so personally I would rather just do them at home to save myself the $45+ I spent and the 30 min drive. 0/10 worst Brazilian wax I’ve ever gotten , very sweet lady but she doesn’t know what she’s doing at all . For starters she’s using eyebrow wax which ...is way too thin to do that area it was super painful literally still swollen and irritated hours later ..its no way she has 10 years of experience if she needed my help throughout the whole wax , she didn’t clean me properly after .. I’ve been getting waxed for over 4 years and never had a wax like the one I’ve gotten yesterday! So I stand on what I said of her not knowing what she was doing at all !! Waxing isn’t for everyone no Brazilian Wax should be 40 mins my waxes have always be under 15 no hair left , I had to ask her twice to wax more because she missed majority of what she was supposed to wax off … And still I had to go home and go over it with my own wax . I'm going to say it again: we are very sorry that you did not like the technique we used! We use this technique with all our clients! You cannot go against our evidence of studies based on experience. What you say is defamation! we are truly sorry about you don like it but We are truly sorry but we must point out that the person who performed the service has 10 years of experience and is not a person who does not know what she are doing. Secondly, the wax used is not a wax that we use for eyebrows, it is a special wax to work on sensitive areas such as the bikini area. And finally, regarding the pain and irritability, it is totally normal since it is such a sensitive area and it hurts more when it is the first time.
