Jay’s was really nice BUT, clearer communication would have made a big difference. I went to the address in my confirmation email and waited outside f...or 30 minutes bcuz she wasn’t replying, only to find out that the appointment was actually at her house. A quicker response and clearer instructions would have been helpful. Show more
