I apologize I was unable to get back to you yesterday, I had appointments scheduled after yours, a number of clients to respond to, as well as being in the process of moving my business to a new location- your message got lost. I am also very sorry you are not satisfied. To get over on you is absolutely not and never would be my intention. As I’ve stated before, it’s my fault for not reaching out to do a proper consultation prior to better understand the results you were trying to achieve and give you a detailed process of how I would plan to do so, especially with your sons hair being a softer texture. I was unclear on what you wanted to get done. I said I would need to crotchet them, which is absolutely true. To crotchet every part of the loc and loose ends would be a loc reconstruction, and can take anywhere from 4+ hours to complete and pricing is much different than a simple retwist. That is also my fault for being unclear about what I’d be able to get done this day. I wasn’t able to perform that service in the 1hr we had booked, and I refunded you for that amount. I did perform the wash, retwist, and style that you booked for. Again, I sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction and any confusion on my part.
