Haircut Single Process Color

I’ve been a client of hers for quite some time now unfortunately my last visit didn’t go well. I showed her pictures of the color i was looking for,if... she knew i couldn’t get to that color, she should of explained it to me or given me a breakdown of how many sessions I needed before achieving that color. Instead she told me she would need to bleach my hair so she can give me exactly what I want & proceeded to charge me an additional $115. At the end of the appointment I noticed my hair was still very red when i was told bleaching it would get to the brown i wanted but she said to give it a week or so. I reached out about 2 weeks later to inform her my hair was now turning orange and she said she can squeeze me in to tone my hair at no charge. I responded with a date and since then she’s ghosted me. I spent $300 for my hair to look orange, dry and with a lot of split ends (she also did a hair cut). I’m very disappointed and would not be coming here again. Show more
