I got my haircut from Brooke. The experience at the Salon itself wasnt bad but the haircut Brooke recommended and gave me didnt work for my hair type.... I usually go for layers and have wavy hair, Brooke recommended a straight cut. She basically gave me a trim (i was charged for a haircut), my hair was cut the same length all around with no point cutting of edges. I tried pointing out how i get a U cut at the back, she gave a backhand comment saying how having a U cut at the back is not a thing. Coming to the issue - my hair has been puffing up everytime i wash and straighten them, and they resemble that of Dora. I gave a few days to my hair to settle down but after not being satisfied I contacted Brooke to get a revisit explaining my problem, she essentially told me I will have to pay in full and they wont be giving me any concession on a revisit saying i am contacting them too late after the haircut (3 weeks after haircut). I will not he going back with such bad customer service. If i have to pay in full i would rather go somewhere else where they stand behind services they provide. S Parlor definitely lost a potential long term customer. Show more

Hello Rabia I am sorry you were unhappy with your haircut from Brooke. Your appointment with Brooke was at 6:45 pm on Tuesday may 21st. That was four weeks ago. Unfortunately my policy for my business is 2 weeks. Brooke did call you back yesterday June 10 two hours after you called the studio to rectify the situation and once you found out the studios policy you chose to cancel your appointment and write a bad review.. I’m sorry you were unhappy but please know Brooke is an amazing stylist! We wish you well ❤️
