We apologize for the inconvenience. The toenail trim typically includes sanitizing the feet and cutting back the toenails. Then, if possible, we file the nails into shape without a massaging or of the extra services that will be included in the pedicure services as we offer a wide selection of those, and my technician was more than happy to provide you with, but since you only requested the nail trim, that's what they did.
