I’ve been going to Nicole a little more than a year. She’s down to earth, reasonably priced and helpful with suggestions for my hair care. I had rela...xers for years and even tried to go natural with other stylists unsuccessfully. I ended up going back to the relaxed look because of them and me. Nicole has helped me transition to wearing my hair natural, without doing the big chop, I don’t spend hours in her shop like I did others. And she doesn’t manage me and 3 other clients at the same time like I’ve experienced from others. She itemizes everything, I know what I’m getting and she’s very accommodating. My hair color did not turn out the color that I wanted. I took a picture with of the the color that I wanted and I got something totally different fro...m the picture it was so bad that she had to re color the first color because it was really bad. My appointment was for 10:30 I didn’t leave the shop until 5:30 and the. Was charged $325 but I have no clue for what because i wasn’t given a receipt.. Show more

Very thorough with the process of washing and deep conditioning. I was there from 11:00-14:45. So, she started late, but offered me some delicious pou...nd cake!She was working on 2-3 other clients at the same time over the course of time being there. She was efficient at it, but it felt she was rushing at the end as my hair didn’t have any feathery curls that other clients had after finishing, and that I had requested. For that, I was extremely sad. I liked the scalp detox she used, very minty and I felt it on my scalp for sure! I loved the atmosphere, very relaxing and welcoming. Great music. Overall, a positive experience. I’ll definitely go back and recommend. Show more
