I’ve been bringing my boys to him for the last year and in this time, he’s canceled 4 appointments with super short notice. My last straw was today, I... told him I was going to be 6 minutes late, I told him I was on Alamo Dr then and he asked if I could just come on Monday, said he had to go. Well , my appointment was at 12:30 and I would’ve arrived at 12:36, my FIRST time ever being late and he said he had to go. He’s canceled on us 4 times, one time after I checked my son out of school for an appointment. He’s too unreliable and irresponsible. He does cut hair well and that’s why my son wanted to keep giving him more chances . This was my last straw today though. Show more

Most definitely has not been your first time late..this has been an on going issue with you. I have a busy schedule on the daily basis and you do not take that into consideration. Being 6-10 min late is not being on time. Mind you my slots are every 30 min. So for you to be late your pushing my whole schedule back. I have a family an life outside of work too. Hope u have a better day.
