I don’t usually write reviews, but Ms. Tasha truly deserves recognition. This was my first time visiting her shop, and from the moment I walked in, sh...e was warm and welcoming. I brought my son in for a retwist, and not only did she do an incredible job with his hair, but she also washed and fixed his locs at no extra cost! On top of her expertise, she was extremely kind and personable. We laughed and chatted throughout the appointment, and she made my son feel completely at ease, even talking to him about school and sports. Her customer service was top-notch, and her prices were very reasonable—definitely budget-friendly! What really stood out was her thoughtfulness. She even took the time to call and make sure we got home safely. You don’t often come across service this good, and when you do, it feels almost surreal. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend her to anyone! 10/10 for both service and experience! Show more

Booked online which was easy. It was a little discrepancy, but we figured it out. Her service is top-tier. She stayed over just to do my hair and gave... me snacks because I was just coming from work. Her conversation is amazing. She’s a very genuine person and makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve been getting compliments about my hair people think it’s mine lol. I will be back. She gained a new customer. Tasha is amazing. She is patient and understanding. She takes her time on my hair. My hair always turns out neat and her parts are clean, regardless o...f what style I request. Ever since my previous appointment with Tasha (two months ago) my hair has grown four inches. I am able to wash and condition my hair after she styles it, and my hair still lasts awhile. 10 out of 10 Definitely will be back again!! I want to start off by saying I have had the worst luck finding a braider to keep the appointments I hav...e made. So instead of looking close to Statesville, I decided to widen the search to further areas and BABE.. the results and the whole experience was worth the hour drive. I started my search on Monday. I came across Tasha's page on Wednesday night and sent a question inquiring if she provides hair in her sessions. I received a reply that night. After messaging back and forth about the hairstyle. I contacted the number provided Thursday morning about any available appointment in the upcoming weekend. She mentioned she had an open appointment that Friday at 3:³⁰, I immediately accepted. After given me the location via text I was extremely happy for the opportunity but scared at the same time due to previous experiences with cancellations and unprofessional braiders. It was truly a breath of fresh air, with my experience with Mrs. Tasha. From the moment I entered her braiding space I was asked if I was cold (I was it was raining outside) and a heater was placed near me. I was brought a bottle of water. She asked me what size I would like my knotless braids. As I was explaining (badly) the size, she surprised me with her examples of different sizes of braids she could do. Which was great to see the size before it was attached to my head. I didn't feel obligated to just accept it! She then explained the hair color choices and recommended which one better matched my natural hair. Throughout the whole experience she was absolutely amazing and polite. She is truly blessed and a artist!! These braids are so neat and the parts are so straight. Even after dipping my hair she blow-dries it. So I wouldn't go out in the cold with wet hair. I typed all this to say I have found me an amazing braider and I'm sooooo excited for my next appointment. Show more
