Do not book with this weird petty ass lady. She refused to service me because she found out I initially booked an appointment with a braider that wasn...'t her. The braider cancelled on me this morning so I reached out to her since l've been to her previously and she's the closest one to me. But I've only been to her twice, don't consider myself a recurring customer, and don't got any relationship with her. She told me she only had an 11 am and I told her I couldn't accept the time right away because I was waiting on the braider who flaked on me to get my deposit back. But rather than understanding my situation, she wants to get disrespectful and tell me since I go to another stylist (even tho I never been to them), I should stay in that lane. It's really crazy because I never seen someone so egotistical and entitled to believe people can't go to nobody else but them. She’s also acting like I owe her loyalty of any kind as if I haven’t had previous braiders that I still book to this day with no issue. Does she know old she is? Somebody answer this question when she figures it out. Other than that she’s an unprofessional stylist who needs an ego check and needs to unbig her damn head. Edit: Ik y’all seen she replied to my review and is claiming I never paid her full price. That is definitely a damn lie and she knows it 😂😂. She only charged 100 which I paid the first time, and she did a back to school sale for $70 which I paid. She don’t even got the proof that she undercharged me she’s just fighting to protect her business by making me look broke. But let’s forget the comments you made about an African woman who came into your shop as soon as she left right? but you want us to believe you’re so hardworking and professional 👍🏾 Show more

Wow unbelievable you bad review me because the braider you decided to booked an appointment with flaked on you that's my fault, I’m a continue to be professional because I have never flaked on a client before and I’m very consistent to all my clients💪🏾 🙌🏾 I’m sorry he didn’t even get his deposit back from the person, I don’t even accept deposits from no clients, and furthermore I’ve been nothing but nice to this young man because the times he has came to me he couldn’t even pay me full price not once and I still allowed' him to book with me out the kindness of my heart my apologies you can’t please every one ☝️ after the fact he sent a text to me saying he's experimenting other braiders in Houston. God bless my braids and my professionalism’ and my work speaks lots of volume ❤️ least you can’t say your braids wasn’t fresh nice neat and clean the times you did come to me 💪🏾
