I have come to Ethan’s for years with Tony and had no issues. Now that he’s gone I’ve had nothing but issues booking with techs. I call to make an app...ointment with a specific person a week in advance and the day before I get a confirmation with a completely different tech. All Ethan says is “oh they weren’t available” no sorry or anything. People book who they want for a reason they don’t want a random person doing their nails. I was going to let that slide until my mom had the same issue 2 weeks later, this time the person said to her “you made the appointment on Booksy” when she didn’t, she called to make an appointment. They wanted to give her another random person and when my mom showed up for her appt time the girl said she’s not coming in. Like what?? Yeah I won’t be coming here anymore. Unorganized and messy scheduling and they don’t have the manners to apologize for their mistakes. It’s honestly disappointing since we’ve been coming for years. Tony was the best! Show more
