Haily made the experience a thousand times better than I could have ever imagined very professional easy to talk to guided me through the whole experi...ence the wax that she uses is phenomenal and as a man it was not painful she is very accommodating and I even made a mistake in our schedule and she was so helpful and polite and was able to work with the scheduling mistake that I had made. I would recommend her over everyone in California at the very minimum to say the least I will be booking again as soon as I am able to.
