She was very pr...ofessional and has a beautiful personality that made my experience fun and enjoyable. She shared so much knowledge about hair and locs which made me feel comfortable trusting her with my crown. I can tell she’s passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. This was my first time receiving services from Marion. I moved from Chicago and it’s really inconvenient to have to drive back and forth to get my hai...r done. From the first time I reached out she was very business professional and polite. When I arrived to my appointment, I was almost a hour early but she still managed to get me in her chair 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled time. I have biracial hair and when I informed her of that prior to booking with her, she assured me she can work with all textures of hair, which made me more confident in my decision to go to her. through the whole time she was very informative and verbal about what she was doing, what I should expect, and what results I will start to see in the future. The reassurance helped me to relax and let her take the lead. I’m tender headed, and through the whole process she was extremely quick, detailed oriented, and gentle. My hair is so pretty and she exceeded my expectations. Show more
