Drove an hr away to get there and she forgot my appointment and was still doing someone’s hair. Said her hands were hurting and she had to take a brea...k to eat. She never did my hair and rescheduled me charging me for over $600 more than original appointment! I’m requesting a refund! Show more

She did not come in for a consultation . She wanted me to consult over the phone to show needing a total reconstruction to her loc extension that someone had just put in. At 5:30 PM She set an appointment for a retwist Fix wen she needed a loc extension appointment . This is why I ask everyone to have a consultation with me 1st. So I don't look like the bad guy...My apologies to you all.
