Scheduled an appointment based on the availability. Recieved a text if possible to reschedule at a later time. No response from James past the origina...l appointment date even after I sent multiple emails if we can continue with our original appointment. I understand that he may have been busy but he needs to also understand that customers are busy as well and that is why an appointment is made through booking system. Not the first time this has happened. He was late on the previous appointment as well by20 mins. James is good with his work but definitely need better customer service. Show more
