Sarah M. Has done multiple wonderful pieces of tattoo work on me! I have also gotten multiple piercings and have bought SO MUCH jewlery from Miranda. ...I get compliments daily on my tattoo pieces and piercings! I love that the atmosphere in the shop is welcoming and fun! I especially like that they have a shop tattoo salve that smells great, feels less oily than other brands, and lasts me forever! Show more

I made an appointment to get my septum pierced and the lady was so nice. she was telling my nose might be too small and that I’d have to wait for anot...her piercer who’s more comfortable. I was completely okay with that because I understand not wanting to do something you aren’t comfortable with, and she told me that she would get ahold of the other piercer and keep in contact with me about the situation. I was okay with that. I spent the whole day waiting for a call/text, never got one. I called later that evening to ask for an update and she told me that she was trying to get ahold of the lady, and that we might have to wait as early as the next morning. okay no problem! I never got any kind of message or call back. They have in no way tried to contact me about my appointment. Therefore I will not be returning to Hex House, because telling a client one thing and then forgetting about them isn’t okay. Show more
