I'll start by saying that she was extremely polite to me and accommodating when I realized I was 10 minutes late to my appointment, and she still mana...ged to see me. To be frank, she could have refused my appointment altogether, but I did tip well to reflect the accommodation she made for me. However, I was disappointed to hear her and her coworkers laughing about how she intentionally didn't answer the phone the first two times I called because she didn't feel like dealing with walk-ins. Furthermore, the haircut itself was one of the worst I've had. My fade was extremely uneven, and the combover was poorly done. Show more
