Sanny exceeded my expectations. I do not have great experience with trusting people with my hair, and Sanny changed that for me. I made the commitment... to get Microlocs, and because my hair is on the finer side I wasn’t sure what the finished look would be. From the time of my video consultation to my last session of my install. Sanny made sure I was comfortable. She took a picture of each finished session which made me feel more confident that I made the right decision and I knew I choose the right person. The experience was a 10/10. She was professional and I felt like I knew her my whole life. Her prices are amazing compared to what I have been researching and her skills are amazing. I look forward to my reties. Did not show up to appointment time after rescheduling twice! Made appointment a month in advance, she rescheduled to a different day and then she res...cheduled the day of my appointment and never showed up. I live 1 hour away. Unacceptable. Replying to your comment- I am being real and have no reason to lie. You told me to come at 4pm which I did and then I text you an hour later, and you did not respond. Was I supposed to sit there and wait until you arrive with no communication from you. You then text me 6pm telling me you finished. So was I supposed to wait 2 more hours? I am rating the service/experience which I did not receive so please keep that in mind. Your response also speaks to your professionalism. I will not lie, you did a great job on my install although you came late on both days. Is this real enough for you? Show more
