Hi, sorry if you didn’t enjoy your hair. We did stop before i was done for you to look at the braids . I gave you a mirror and you looked for about 2 mins then i finished. I feel that’s was a great opportunity to address any concerns . I always want my clients to leave happy . If you would've expressed that we could have seen what we can do. Yes you have thick hair and as anyone knows with two braids you have to add more product for your hair to slick down. If i didn't you would have complained about it not being slick down also i used Murray's wax since you said you straightened your hair. If i use braiding gel your hair will curl back up.. plus i don't even see the build up in this pic either. Again sorry it didn’t work out.

Hey thanks for leaving your feedback . I responded to your message about the suite number before your appointment time and you still came in before your appointment time , everyone has to locate the suite or call ( not hidden , has surrounding businesses) . You asked if i did your type of hair before i have had yes i have ( no problems ) . I also asked if you’d like a retwist or interlock considering your hair texture, interlock would last you longer and you SPECIFICALLY said you just wanted to do a retwist (also asked how you normally maintain your hair, you said you don't know). You also only had locs in the back so of course it wouldn’t take me long (i can do a whole retwist in and hour) . Anybody that came in the shop while you were under the drying while your not requiring my attention will get my attention so yes i talked to them as were still renovating the salon . My attire also has nothing to do with my work. Seems like you just had a problem with everything . Sorry i couldn’t satisfy you today.
