No, I hate to leave the reviews but customer service matter. Timing was perfect. Everything was on time but there’s no way the barber should’ve did my... son this way. I do not even even know what you called. His hairstyle not only is his lining pushback but the whole back of his head haircut I wanted for my son and this is not nowhere even near. it is like no effort or anything was even trying to even make it that way basically my son had to come home and I had to cut his hair bald to make it even look like a haircut. If you cannot do the job you easily said that not only was it. The other child is not even our point, but I would not drop a picture. Thank you for the service. Show more

I travel for work often, I have dealt with many Different barbers, I have a specific cut I get, nothing crazy, but many barber don’t give me what I’m ...looking for, so I’ve dealt with both the good and bad, this was a good one though! much love key, will be back to see you again, I’d def recommend her. Pushed my lining back, brought fade up too high despite me not only requesting a mid fade but also showing a pic of the mid fade I wanted. I had the p...icture up on my phone the entire time. Key also initially gave me c cups even though the haircut in the picture didn’t have them. Lastly she overly used hair fibers to try to hide the fact that she completely messed up the fade by bringing it up too high. She literally used fibers to darken and fill-in the fade instead of just properly fading my natural hair like I asked her to. Not sure why it was hard for her to follow instructions and just cut according to the picture but I was disappointed with her service. Show more

I’m sorry you weren’t happy with your service, when we did your consultation you showed a picture and asked the difference between a drop and a mid-fade and we agreed on a drop-fade. You requested enhancements and I proceeded to give them to you. After the service I asked if everything was ok with the haircut and you asked for me to take your c-cups off and make your vertical bars smaller which results in a different haircut. I did as requested and verified everything with you again and you gave me positive feedback. Feel free to come back and I’ll be happy to fix what you’re not satisfied with.
