I had come to Valeria with a botched hair job from another salon. Subpar highlighting job, choppy unasked haircut, and completely different color than... consulted. I left so angry that I wasn’t heard. Valeria was the COMPLETE opposite. She asked questions to make sure we got my vision. She goes above and beyond for her clients with her massages, washes, and snacks provided. She meticulously showered my head with love from color to wash.
