Color Services FULL HEAD

I went to lokdbykris to get my hair coloured. She did not ask any questions, did not talk through the whole service until the end when she noticed tha...t my hair was not taking the color. 2+ hours of my day was wasted in a barber shop and it could have been avoided if she asked any questions about my hair. She promised to do a color correction on my hair the following day “on me” free of charge I was thankful and told her I will keep her updated on when I can come in after work. That same day I texted her with a time and she agreed. The following day arrives and she send a text that she can’t make it. She moved my appt to the end of the week and kept doing for two weeks!! My hair looks a damn mess all because she flaked!! I not going to ask for a refund bc clearly she needs it but do not book with Kris! As a first time client I am truly disappointed. Show more

Thanks so much for your review doll! First things first you put black die on your hair a month prior without telling me and you wanted a vibrant red color on your hair with no bleach. yes I volunteered to correct your color “on me” however, I informed you I that I could not find the color I needed on my side of town at your appointment time, asked you if you could find it and you asked to be reimbursed for your hair color which was insane because I was already doing the SERVICE for FREE. And I spent close to 100$ the day of your initial service just on your supplies. At the end of the day I never ran off or canceled on you. I had a family/household emergency that needed to be tended to immediately that took the day from me which is why I didn’t respond. But you’re not a client of mine and they allllllll know that I don't do subpar work and I take my craft very seriously. Hence the reviews and the reason you decided to book with me. But telling other people not to book with me because of your experience and not telling the full story in the process isn’t okay. And before this review I was still going to service/ accommodate you even though the issue was never my fault. So thank you again for even booking with me to begin with. But trying to make me look bad isn't cool. AND reaching out to you, you blocked me after you left the review. So, Wish you the best in your hair journey!
