Blowout

I went because a friend recommended Soraya, but she wasn’t available. I got there and a young lady asked me to go and wash my hair. Usually when I go ...get a wash and blow dry, they recommend certain types of conditioning because of my blonde hair to make sure that my hair is protected. But that didn’t happen. She washed my hair three times which I didn’t think I needed that many times to be washed, and she was scratching my scalp with her nails it was getting uncomfortable by the 3rd time, but I just moved along with it. Then when she started blow drying my hair, she asked me how I wanted to blow dry and I asked him if she could curl it up. Another lady kept coming over to tell her how to do it. She never put anything in my hair to protect it from the heat. And so in the end, the other lady who kept telling her what to do came over and started to finish my hair when she asked me if I wanted the hot iron I said yes and when she started doing the hot iron, I said are you gonna put anything in my hair to protect it? she says “oh yes yes”then ran back to spray something in my hair, but my hair felt so dry so I don’t know what kind of conditioner she put on my hair. I’ve never experienced going to a salon where your hair feels like straw. it also smelt very burnt. Since I didn’t get to go with the person my friend went with which she gave raving reviews about. I would not go back again to get my hair blown out with these people because there’s obviously people who don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t offer any recommendations to make sure that a person who has colored hair any solutions or do anything to protect the hair. Your response obviously states your professionalism. I know my hair is processed and when I go get a blow out. A professional stylist knows and offers their advice and takes extra care of that. I pay extra if my hair needs those type of things. I was late and called to advise and was told it was ok. We are here for you. To even mention that again showed lack of responsibility of how you treated my hair. So if your late it means you mistreat a clients hair??? It’s obvious you can’t take responsibility of me having to tell you to put a heat protector before putting the hot iron. You started to advise me afterwards. My hair looked nice but suffered damage because of lack of care by you and the other woman who didn’t know how to blow out my hair. Thankfully Soraya contacted me and we spoke.She at least gave me a meaningful convo. Soraya is a true professional who takes pride at her salon. If you want good service I recommend you go with her. These two don’t care. Show more

And sorry for choosing this platform to say these things but when I went to tell her how to do it I realized that your hair is extremely processed by highlights and broken everywhere, I explained well the reason why your hair was like this. And we used professional products and treatmets
