Moisturizing Treatment Woman's Haircut

This business needs to be taken off Booksy, as they state they only accept appointments via telephone (they do not accept appointments on Booksy). Do ...NOT book on the Booksy site (do NOT push the "make appointment" button on Google). I made an appointment through the website, and when I went to the salon, they stated they had no knowledge of the appointment. I was told I would have to wait 20 - 30 minutes. 55 minutes later, I still had not been seen by a stylist. I ended up leaving because I had a doctor's appointment. I had allotted 1.5 hours for a 30-minute haircut (I just needed my ends trimmed). If they do not check the Boosky app/website, why do they not remove their business from that site? I got both a text message AND an email confirming the appointment. I showed these confirmations to them; it didn't matter. They stated they only accept appointments via phone call. Again, then they should remove their business from Booksy and disconnect the "make appointment" button on Google (which takes you to Booksy). I'm also annoyed that they took a walk-in before me; but she was getting her hair colored, so I guess that equals more money than a hair trim. It would have made more sense to take me (since I had proof of an appointment), do my hair trim, then take the lady for the hair color (as she truly would have only had to wait 20 - 30 minutes). It would be different if she had an appointment, but she didn't. She was a walk-in (from what I heard; they had the discussion right in front of the 2 of us). The services here are great from what I've heard, but they are completely disorganized. When you come to this location, make sure you have at least 2 - 3 hours of free time, just in case you are made to sit and wait for an hour. Show more

The worst ever experience I had. I will never ever return here and would never suggest to anyone . I took services of hair wash, cut and blow dry from... Sepideh. She did all the tasks in a hurry and I know she had to go to early that day but this doesn’t mean you can compromise on client satisfaction. If you don’t have capacity to take new work because of any reason then convey it clearly. The hair cut quality was so poor. No proper leveling done. The pressing was done as blow dry and was done within 8-10 min and only too and front hair were straight and rest all wavy. I was so disappointed that I didn’t even feel like mentioning as the damage was already and I can’t get my hair back. 1 hr service was finished within 30 min . I will not recommend this to anyone .
