The atmosphere is so serene and peaceful every time I come in for my lash refill Jen has to say “Raquel” “ummm RAQUEL” I get the volume lashes and so ...far have gotten many compliments on them. There was a one time incident that occurred where the lashes were loose on the second day but Jen reassured me to just contact her and she will get it done for you that day! Since my lashes have been staying on really well( remember to buy Jen lash cleaner) because adding that into my regiment saved me another week. Love ya Jen xoxo Show more
