I never had this appointment with this girl due to the fact I showed up to her place GOT NO ANSWER when I was there at my appointment time and waits a...t her complex office for almost an hour. While I get home and get a message saying that mornings are only “special request” when her site says anyone at anytime basically. Go with the next broader who is more on top of her job and cares. I won’t ever go to this girl and again SHE DID NOT DO MY HAIR but put in an appointment for late the same day lmao. Show more

My appt was at 10am! She messages me at basically 4am telling me my appt was confirmed and that I would need to wash my own hair; I don’t have a probl...em with doing that but why tell me at 4am? Luckily I woke up at 8 to see the message. From there you can see screenshot of my messages to her, on top of the messages I called her like 3-4 times which she did not answer. I drove an hour to her and she didn’t provide me the apt number or communicate with me at all. Then she wants to call me literally as I’m sitting in someone else’s chair a hour and 45 mins later to say she is so sorry and was trying to make some BS excuse. She literally sounded like she had just woke up, and when she sensed the frustration with her lack of professionalism she tried to get an attitude with me, and I just hung up. In the screenshots she doesn’t heart my message until 11:45am. I wish u had screenshot the time stamp but I went back and forward on leaving a review and was going to toss it up as a L, but she needs to be considerate of other people’s time and work on her customer service and communication. As far as her skills, I have no idea, wish I could be leaving a 5 star review because I try and look after my people but here we are. Please do better. Show more

I really never ever get my hair done...but when i tell you i had the best experience i will most definitely come back she was ready for me she was out...side waiting for me i was on the phone with her and she directed me the whole way when i got lost shes very professional and she does a fantastic job in a vary timely manner !! (UPDATED REVIEW) THIS LASY IS SO SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL. After days passed she texted me again disrespectful saying F YOU see all photos she will have w...aste your money and time by lying and standing up than get mad+disrespectful because you left a review (rightfully so) First time customer l. I drove an hour away for her services after she reached out to confirm apt and preparation. I got to her place and realized she didn’t provide building and apt number. She text and said “I’m coming I am setting up. Than I had to ask the building number in which she did while there. I parked at her building and she ignored my text and calls leaving me sitting out here for almost an hour. I told her please let me know if I have to reschedule cause I don’t want to waste anymore time. She texted me 2 hours later saying sorry she is overbooked trying to fit everyone in. “Just say that”When I look on the website she put as completed. Feelings are valid , when you try and Down talk me and not my actual work , you are my only bad review bc my work speaks for itself , I understand I was too caught up in another Clients head to reply to you but as stated in your screenshot I offered discounts for you and your daughter for the inconvenience on top of the fact you already had a deal considering it was deal day . That wasn't enough for you so dragged a whole story up to make people " not book " because I was unable to get to you exactly when you wanted when i can't make the person in my chair leave as they already have paid prior considering I had a more difficult time trying to do the baby's hair that didn't want it done if you read my recent review "she's patient with kids " that is the client that i had in my chair , I can't treat a baby like a adult and expect them act accordingly to finish in correct timing and that is why I offered an reimbursement of money you never even spent with me , when in reality I didn't even charge a deposit , so you lost nothing but gas so I offered to discount both you and your kids hair any style . This box if for people who want to express how they feel about the service I completed , if I was as horrible as you make me seem and made it my thing to go as a no show any other reviews would've stated that thought that wasn't my intention .
