I scheduled an appointment for July 20th to get twist at 8AM. She reached out to me the morning of my appointment to come at 9AM instead of 8. She did... not show up at 9 but at 9:48. No problem, life happens, and she did a great job on my twist. So I decided to give her another chance and scheduled an appointment to get a sewin on August 17th. I received a call from her August 16th telling me the stylist that was going to do my sewin was sick and no one else was available because of back to school clients. She asked me about rescheduling, and I said Saturday, August 24th would work. She told me that she would call me back to confirm and give me a time. It's after 9:30 PM Friday night, August 23rd, and I still have not received that confirmation phone call. Her work is great, but good customer service and reliability are just not there. Show more
